The not so good thing about electric mini motorcycles is that you will need to recharge them half of the day or overnight before they can get them running. You will certainly find that so long. Since many people do not prefer this type of mini chopper motorcycles in hitting the highways, you won't find much recharging stations around. There is going to be a great hassle when your motor's battery turns low as you ride.
Electric Mini Motorcycles also cost higher than gas powered ones; plus, they usually have lower speed. They cannot be modified as well if you want to make them run faster on the road.
On the other hand, the gas powered mini motorcycle or mini choppers are "in" for hobbyist and students who do not just aim to learn how to drive motorcycles; they are also the choice of those who are up to learning more things about mechanics. They are more affordable compared to electric motorcycles. Same goes with mini chopper parts.
Since they are powered by gas, they can run faster compared to their electric counterparts. They can transport a 250 lbs. person up to 40 miles. This type of motorcycles can be modified and made to run faster than its usual speed.
The cons however of the gas powered vehicle is that it produces smogs. They are not friendly to the environment and they produce so much noise.
If you still prefer the gas powered mini motorcycle but you are concerned about the environment at the same time, your alternative would be to convert it into a biodiesel engine. This will enable it to run on biodiesel which does not harm the environment.
